Graze and S'more: Beautiful Grazing Boards for Elopements in Devon
Katie — the creative force behind Graze and S'more — puts together stunning, delicious grazing boards and sharing platters that are as beautiful as they are irresistible. Here's why we think she's such a perfect fit for couples celebrating at Millbrook Estate.
Food That Looks Like Art — and Tastes Even Better
Based in:North Devon | Style: Relaxed, bespoke, locally sourced, beautifully styled | Website: Graze and S'more
There's something wonderfully instinctive about the way Katie approaches food. Graze and S'more was born from two things she has always loved — creativity and feeding people — and since launching in 2021, it has grown into one of the most celebrated grazing and catering businesses in the South West. Winners of Best Grazing Tables at the 2024 Global Wedding Awards and South West Wedding Awards finalists in 2023, 2024 and 2025, Katie and her team have earned a quietly impressive reputation for boards that stop people in their tracks.
The passion has always been there. Katie loved baking from a very young age, and art was her favourite subject at school — so perhaps it's no surprise that her grazing boards feel as much like a creative installation as they do a spread of food. Everything is made to look beautiful, and every element is chosen to taste amazing. The two things, for Katie, are completely inseparable.
"A passion for creativity and helping people, with a love of food. That's really how it all started."
What Goes on a Graze and S'more Board?
The heart of a Graze and S'more board is always quality — cheeses, cured meats, olives and a range of homemade savouries that give each board its own character. But it's the detail and the care that really set them apart. Katie uses as much locally sourced and homemade produce as possible, and she works with suppliers she genuinely loves — including a North Devon baker she rates highly, and Orchardlea Foods for beautiful local produce.
Nothing is off-the-shelf. Every board is put together with thought, intention and a real eye for what looks and tastes wonderful together. And if you ask Katie what her personal favourite thing to include is? All the cheeses — without hesitation. Oh, and edible flowers. She'll never leave those out.
Tailored Entirely to You
One of the things we love most about Katie is that there's no fixed menu and no standard option. Everything Graze and S'more creates is tailored to suit the couple — your tastes, your preferences, your day. Whether you're after a full charcuterie and cheese spread, an afternoon tea board with brownies and sausage rolls (a firm favourite, it turns out), or something completely different, Katie will work with you to get it exactly right.
Dietary requirements are always fully catered for — vegan, gluten-free, allergies of all kinds. No one is an afterthought. If it matters to you, it matters to Katie.
"Tailored to suit couples — we can work together to get something bespoke so you have exactly what you'd like."
From Intimate Elopements to Larger Celebrations
Whether you're planning a quiet elopement for just the two of you or a micro wedding with a small group of loved ones, Graze and S'more will scale and shape the food to suit perfectly. The range covers grazing boxes for two or three people to sharing platters for up to six. Whatever the size of your celebration, the result is always completely bespoke — something designed around your day, not a template.
For smaller elopements in particular, a beautifully styled grazing box or platter can feel like such a perfect touch — intimate, relaxed and utterly delicious. It's the kind of thing that turns a quiet moment between the two of you into something really special.
Why Grazing Boards Work So Beautifully at Millbrook
Ask Katie why she thinks grazing boards are such a natural choice for elopements at somewhere like Millbrook, and her answer is immediate: because it matches the relaxed intimacy that Millbrook offers. Informal dining, yet still beautiful. Filling and delicious, but never fussy or stiff. A grazing board invites people — or a couple — to slow down, to linger, to enjoy. That's exactly the feeling we want every couple to carry through their day here.
For couples planning an elopement at Millbrook, having food that's as thoughtfully considered as the rest of the day is something that makes a real difference. It doesn't need to be a formal sit-down meal to feel special. With Katie involved, it will absolutely feel special.

A Grazing Box for Two — and the Gardens to Yourselves
One of the loveliest things you can do after your ceremony at Millbrook is take a beautifully packed grazing box and simply settle into the gardens. There are peaceful spots all around the Summer House — quiet corners, sun-dappled lawns, and beautiful backdrops that feel like they were made for exactly this kind of moment. No restaurant booking. No rush. Just the two of you, your food, and the stillness of a North Devon afternoon.
A Graze and S'more picnic box is just perfect for this. Packed with cheeses, meats, homemade savouries, beautiful accompaniments and a scattering of edible flowers, it's the kind of spread that makes you want to find the best possible spot before you open it. At Millbrook, you won't struggle to find one.
It's informal, it's intimate, and it's one of those small decisions that ends up being one of the best parts of the whole day. Couples who've done it always say the same thing: it felt completely like us. That's the Millbrook way, and it's exactly the kind of food experience Katie creates. A Little Bit About Katie
Katie is the kind of person who genuinely loves what she does — and it shows in every board she puts together. On a day off, you'll find her at the gym, walking the dog, or doing what she openly admits is her favourite thing: having someone else make food for her for a change. She loves the gym, she loves her dog, and she is, by her own cheerful admission, more than a little obsessed with cheese.
She loves all of the events she works on — no two are ever quite the same, and that variety is something she thrives on. But if you catch her talking about the boards she most enjoys putting together, she'll always come back to the cheeses first. And then, almost as an afterthought, she'll remember the edible flowers. Those, too, are non-negotiable.
