Your ceremony at Millbrook can be conducted by the Devon Registration Team or one of our celebrants. Only registrars can conduct a legal wedding — celebrants offer symbolic ceremonies, which works well for couples who've handled the legal side separately. It's also possible to have both: a legal ceremony with a registrar, followed by a celebrant-led celebration.
